overview1210 Seymour is a new CLT co-operative under development in Downtown Vancouver.
The project will offer 112 new homes, with suites ranging from studios to three-bedrooms. Six of the development’s one-bedroom units will be fully accessible. The project is a mixed-use development with commercial spaces on the ground floor, and homes above.
