overviewA total of 337 new homes are under construction at 3338 Sawmill Crescent in Vancouver’s River District in southeast Vancouver.
Of the 338 new homes at Sawmill, 117 will be new co-operative homes in a lower-rise building, and 220 will be operated by M’akola Housing Society in a higher-rise building and made available to Indigenous residents.
