Community Land Trust (CLT) and the Sawmill Housing Co-op are now accepting applications for 117 affordable co-op homes in a thoughtfully designed 6-story building operated and managed by CLT. We’re offering homes ranging from studios to three-bedrooms, including units with private patios. Please see sample layouts of the homes below. An additional 220 rental homes at Sawmill are available to Indigenous residents and operated by M’akola Housing Society. M’akola is offering affordable rental housing ranging from studios to three-bedrooms, including accessible units.
