overviewThe North Arm Housing Co-operative, a new co-op incorporated by CLT and built in partnership with BC Housing in the City of Vancouver, is a vibrant community for those age 55+ who earn a moderate income.
North Arm fosters the diverse strengths, interests and expertise of mature adults, enriching neighbours and the wider community. Pet-friendly homes include in-suite laundry. North Arm includes an indoor amenity space with a common kitchen, two outdoor spaces with urban gardening opportunities, and a public Modo car share conveniently located on site.
The 411 Seniors Centre Society’s new seniors’ centre is located on the main floor, complete with commercial kitchen, multi-purpose space and office space.
