overviewAaron Webster Housing Co-operative partnered with CLT in 2018 with CLT to redevelop the site of its previous building and provide a new home for its members.
The new building will comprise about 64 new co-operative homes. Thirty-one of these homes are replacements for existing Aaron Webster members, with the remainder representing new additions to the co-op community. Aaron Webster Housing Co-operative’s 31 members are currently co-located with Railyard Housing Co-op during the redevelopment of their building.
