overviewRailyard Housing Co-op is a new co-op incorporated by CLT, located in the heart of Vancouver’s thriving Olympic Village in Southeast False Creek.
It currently shares its building with Aaron Webster Co-operative, whose members have been co-located at Railyard members during the redevelopment of Aaron Webster’s original location.
The pet-friendly building’s amenities include a dedicated Modo carshare parking space, a large common room with access to an outdoor playground, an outdoor communal roof-top garden, and shared laundry facilities (in-suite laundry hook-ups are available in 2 and 3-bedroom suites). Located close to the seawall, False Creek Community Centre, Science World, public transportation and a large range of restaurants, shops and cafes.
