overviewHoy Creek Housing Co-operative in Coquitlam is currently undergoing a multi-phased redevelopment.
The first phase, which built a total of 132 new co-op homes, was completed in June 2024. Upon completion, Phase 2 will create a new housing co-op at this location, and over 140 additional new co-op homes at Hoy Creek.
We acknowledge that Hoy Creek Housing Co-op is located on the kʷikʷəƛ̓əm traditional and ancestral lands, including those parts that were historically shared with the q̓ic̓əy̓ (kat-zee) and other Coast Salish Peoples.
