overviewGarden Court Housing Co-operative is a close-knit community of 121 homes in Coquitlam in a three-storey building.
The pet-friendly co-op in Coquitlam’s city centre and is within walking distance of transit, services, parks and schools. The mix community offers housing for singles, families and seniors. It’s also close to the Hoy Creek Trail.
We acknowledge that Garden Court Housing Co-op is located on the kʷikʷəƛ̓əm traditional and ancestral lands, including those parts that were historically shared with the q̓ic̓əy̓ (kat-zee) and other Coast Salish Peoples.
Application Process:
Step 1: Fill in the application form linked below. Please note the required supporting documents.

Step 2: Email your filled out application form, along with the supported documents listed below to:
- Three most recent bank statements
- Proof of Residency
- Most recent Notice of Assessment
- Three most recent pay stubs or a letter from employer
Step 3: A staff member will process your application. This includes income verification and reference checks. You may be contacted for more information. If you are an eligible applicant for an available unit, you will be contacted to set up an interview, co-op living orientation, and an in-person or virtual tour.
Step 4: Congratulations! If your application is approved, you will receive an agreement to sign, followed by move-in information, a welcome package and keys to your new home.
