This year, Community Land Trust is celebrating 10 years of building new housing co-ops, preserving and redeveloping existing co-ops, and leveraging the value of our portfolio to build more housing. And there’s no better way to celebrate than by offering new co-op homes in the city where it all began.

If so, housing co-op living may be for you. The good news: two of our new housing co-ops in Vancouver are accepting applications now – one of them could be yours today!
