overviewIn the newly completed Phase 1 (2024), Hoy Creek Housing Co-operative replaced 97 co-op member apartments and added 35 new homes, for a total of 132 homes.
Hoy Creek Housing Co-operative partnered with CLT in 2017 to redevelop the site to replace and grow the number of co-operative homes in the City Centre area of Coquitlam that is within walking distance of rapid transit, services, schools, and parks. The pet-friendly homes have been designed to universal design standards and include several fully accessible homes. Hoy Creek homes also offer in-suite laundry and underground parking.
Future phases will see almost 270 additional homes on the site.
We acknowledge that Hoy Creek Housing Co-op is located on the kʷikʷəƛ̓əm traditional and ancestral lands, including those parts that were historically shared with the q̓ic̓əy̓ (kat-zee) and other Coast Salish Peoples.
